Meat balls-
1 lb hamburg
1 egg
1/2 cup mashed saltines
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup milk
a teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and oregano
mix together and make into balls
bake at 350 for 30-40 min
(makes a wicked good meatloaf as well)
In a cassorole dish mix one can of beef gravy, one small can of peas and one can of carrots. Add cooked meatballs. bake at 350 for 45 min. Boil and mash potatos. Cover meatballs gravy and veggies with potatos, cook for ten min and enjoy.
