Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
½ c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 lb. cocktail wieners
1 lg. can pineapple chunks (separate and save chunks from juice)
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
¼ c. vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
Mix hamburger, crumbs and egg, roll into balls and brown (or you can purchase prepackaged meatballs). In a med sauce pan combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, flour, vinegar, soy sauce & mustard. Wisk until smooth over med. heat. Turn up heat and bring to a boil stirring constantly until thick and syrupy. Place meatballs, wieners and pineapple chunks into a slow cooker and pour mixture over. Heat on high until hot and continue on low heat throughout the evening.
