Ingredients:
1 lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
¾ c. vegetable oil
¾ c. water
¼ c. poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients 8 minutes @ high speed with an electric mixer. Bake in a greased 9 x 13” or bundt pan @ 350 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes. Cool 8 minutes before removing from pan.
