2 pck. grated cassava cake
1 can condense milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can coconut milk
1 jar of coconut string (macapuno)
2 eggs
toppings:
4 egg yolks
1 can coconut milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 can condensed milk
- preheat the oven to 400F
- mixed the first six ingredients and pour it in a baking pan
- bake it for 40 - 45 minutes or when its starting to dry..
in a separate cooking pan
- mix all the remaining ingredients for the toppings.
- cook it in a moderate heat and keep on stirring it slowly till it gets sticky like a paste...
- pour it on the bake cassava evenly and bake it again for another 20 - 3o minutes...
