Pork Chops with Mustard Glaze

Recipe: This is really easy and you don't need to season the sauce as long as your marinade is really flavorful. Any type of marinated pork chops dijon mustard chicken broth or water Saute the pork chops in a pan with a little of the marinade until the pork is almost cooked through. I stop them when they are still a little pink. Take them out of the pan and cover to keep warm. Leave all the good stuff in the bottom of the pan. Add some water or chicken broth to the pan just about a few tablespoons until there is a good bit of liquid. Boil the sauce for a few minutes just to thicken it a bit. Add a good squirt of the dijon mustard and mix well. Add the pork chops back in and finish cooking.
