Taco Soup Name: Emily Wells Base: Scott AFB Recipe: 2 14 oz cans petite diced tomatoes 2 14 oz. cans whole kernel corn 2 cans of chili beans 2 cans of rotel 2 packages of taco seasoning 2 packages of ranch dressing mix 2 pounds of beef Brown beef then mix it and everything else in a big crock pot and cook for 1-2 hours. Use as a dip with Scoops or tortilla chips or serve as a soup. Either way, it's yummy!! Makes a lot.
