Yummy Pork chops and potatoes

Recipe: 4-6 pork chops (with or without bones), 1 1/2 cups flour, 4-6 eggs, 2 Tbsp oil, potatoes (sliced), 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cans water, 1/2 onion. Dip pork chops in eggs and flour, coat evenly. Fry in oil just long enough to brown both sides well. Put potatoes in roaster pan. Add cream of mushroom soup and water. Layer with onion. Cover with the pork chops and cook at 375 degree for about 2 hours or until pork chops are done and potatoes are tender.
