Recipe: Ingredients 1 8oz box of elbow macaroni cooked and drained 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of flour 2 cups of milk Salt and Pepper to taste 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to remove lumps. Pour in milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add macaroni and stir. Pour mixture into 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
