Greek Tuna Salad |

2 cans tuna in oil, drained a little bit
1/3cup green stuffed olives cut in half
greek salad dressing (Gazebo Room brand is the best)
2 hard boiled eggs cut up
1 tbl mayonnaise
1/4 of a small onion diced
1 stalk celery diced
garlic salt
black pepper
1/2 tbl oregano
mix up everything except dressing and salt and pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste and add enough dressing until it is moist and holds together. Really good on pumpernickel bread! |
