Recipe: This is the best way and the easiest to poach eggs. Fill a small sauce pan with water. Add about 1 tbls white vinegar for about every 4 cups of water and bring to a very slow boil. crack one egg at a time into a small bowl. when the water is slowly boiling swirl the water in the pot until its really swirling then slowly pour the egg into the center of the water, it will keep itself together so you don't have to do all that scooping. cook for about 4 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.
