1 Small to Medium sweet onion (chopped)
8 ozs. of cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (The kind in a bag – not a can)
Approximately 2 tablespoons of jalapeños diced (optional, but I use them)
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. You can also use a food processer. Put in a shallow dish (pie plate) and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until brown. You can put under the broiler for 3 mins to brown the top.
I serve with the scoop chips.
