Recipe: CHICKEN SALAD 5 CHICKEN BREASTS - COOKED AND CHOPPED 1 RIB OF CELERY - CHOPPED 1/2 SWEET (VIDALIA)- CHOPPED 1 or 2 GRANNY SMITH APPLE - PEELED AND CHOPPED 1/4 CUP OF SWEET PICKLE (RELISH STYLE) HELMAN'S MAYO Place your chicken in a huge pot, cover with water and add a chicken bouillon cube, seasoned salt and other spices (basil, oregano, garlic salt, lemon pepper) if you like. Cook until done. Place each item (celery, onion, apple, and chicken) separately into a food processor and chop. Place all chopped items in a bowl and add the sweet pickle. Then add mayo and mix... Store in refrigerator and eat later....Serve with bread, crackers
