Dice Chicken breast without skin in bite size and salt and pepper lightly. In a bag, put a big spoon full of flour, mix diced chicken breast. Put one big spoon of oil in a pan, and cook the chicken till it is throughly cooked. Mix 2 big spoonfulls of Ketchup and 1 big spoonfull of Tonkatsu sauce(You can find Tonkatsu sauce at commissary, asian food section, if not, go to an asian food store.)set aside this mixture.
Dump exces oil from the chicken and pour the Ketchup mixture. You can add more Ketcup or Tonkatsu sauce if you prefer. Heat the pan once more quickly till the Ketchup mixture bubbles and it is ready to serve. It is very good with rice. |
