This is good at the end of the pay period and you need something easy and with just a few ingredients!
1 jar alfredo sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes (any kind Rotel is good too)
12 frozen pierogies
Spray a 9x13 pyrex, dump in the tomatoes (drain off a little of the liquid)and spread into an even layer. Make another layer of frozen pierogies and top with alfredo sauce. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly and slightly brown on top, about 30 minutes |
