MICROWAVE Coffee Cake!

Recipe: Cake: 1 1/2c bisquick 1/4c sugar 1/2c milk 1 egg 2Tbl vegetable oil Topping: 2Tbl butter 1/3c bisquick 1/3c brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 chopped nuts (optional) Mix together 1 1/2c bisquick and sugar. Add milk, egg and oil. Stir together until smooth. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pyrex baking dish. (MUST BE MICROWAVEABLE!!!)In another bowl mix all the topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter. Microwave on High for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy! you can top this with 3/4c powdered sugar and 1Tbl milk mixed to make a glaze but I like it plain
