Dirt Cake Name: Jana Chappell Base: Fort Eustis Recipe: 1 pk of oreo cookies 1 8oz pk of cream cheese, softened 4 tblsp of butter, softened 1 cup of sugar 2 3.4 ounces each of instant vanilla pudding mix 3-1/2 cups of cold milk 1 12 ounce carton of whipped topping, thawed First In a food processor or blender, crush the cookies until fine, then set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, butter and cream cheese, beat until smooth. In another bowl combine the pudding and milk until well blended. Then combine the cream cheese mixture and whipped topping with the pudding. Now alternate layers of the cookie crumbs and pudding mixture. Start with cookie crumbs first and then end with the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for several hours. You may decorate with gummie worms. makes about 12 servings
