Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Recipe: 1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz) 1/3 cup water 3 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar -- packed 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 batch meatballs (30) -- frozen in bag Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add water to juice if needed to measure 1 cup; pour into a crock pot. Add 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch; stir until smooth. Cook on high in crock pot until thick, stirring constantly. Add pineapple and meatballs. Reduce heat to low, simmer, covered, 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve. Eat with white or wheat rice for a meal.
