Recipe: |
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 carrots shredded
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons salt (more to taste)
2 teaspoons black pepper(can use cracked black pepper)
1 cup tomato catsup
Mix all ingredients except catsup in large bowl. Roll into meatballs about the size of a golf ball (or larger depending on how big you want the meatballs). Pour 1 tablespoon catsup on each. Bake on a greased cookie sheet
or square pan at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes and a veggie or salad.
