Take a nice size head of cabbage then take the leafs off one by one. Then boil until almost see thou. Take a pound and a half of ground beer or chicken, trukey ( if want a little kick add sausage)not cooked. Then add raw rice white or brown to the meat of choice. Roll in a ball put into cabbage leaf then pin it with tooth picks. Put them in a gaint crock pot or big pot with one large can of tomato juice and garlic to taste. Cook for 4 hours and takes about 40 mins. to put together. After cooked serve and it can serve about 8 people or more. Serve with garlic bread on side. |
