2- 15oz cans of Van's Camp Pork and Beans
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup small onion diced (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
cooked rice
Brown ground beef (with onions) and drain. Add both cans of pork and beans to same pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and allow to simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Do not bring pan to boil. Serve over or along with cooked rice.
serves 6 to 8 people
*Can substitute ground beef with 1 lb smoked sausage cut to preference. |
