Shepard's Pie Name: Jeremy Durst Base: Hamburger Recipe: **Preheat Oven to 350** Cut up 1 small to medium onion Brown 1 pd. hamburger meat (you can even use ground turkey) with onion and sprinkle a little bit of garlic & onion powder, drain and place in casserole dish Drain 1 can of corn and place over top hamburger mixture Peel & boil 3-4 potatoes, when fully cooked mash and spread over corn. Sprinkle top with salt & pepper. Heat for 30 minutes or until potatoe topping is crusty. **Goes great with ketchup**
