Cowboy Chicken

Recipe: 4-6 Chicken breasts 2 bottles barbeque sauce (I prefer Kraft orginal) 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese 2 packages bacon (cooked) 2-3 ripe tomatoes (diced) Cook chicken on grill or in oven with Barbeque sauce. After it is cooked, add a table spoon extra barbeque sauce to top of breast, add 2-3 slices of bacon to top of breast over sauce, and then add cheese on top of bacon. Cook till cheese is melted. Add diced tomatoes to top of cheese and serve.
