3 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Breast Tenders
Minced Garlic
Rosemary
Sage
Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed or bottled)
1/3 cup Virgin Olive Oil
Take boneless chicken breasts, or breast tenders. If using full breasts slice into tender size slices. Heat oil in deep frying pan; add 1/4 cup minced garlic, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1-1/2 tablespoon sage. Mix and add 2 cups lemon juice. Add pieces of chicken till pan is full, cover with lid. Let cook for 10-20 minutes till chicken is done inside. Keep adding chicken and more lemon juice till all the chicken is finished. Enjoy with home fries, or rice. Quick and easy and everyone enjoys it!
