3-4 porkchops
3-4 red potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
milk
salt & pepper
Add just enough milk to cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Slice potatoes (thick like chips) and season to taste, and place potatoes in bottom of baking dish. Season porkchops and place on top of potatoes. Add cream of mushroom soup, covering porkchops. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. |
