Pork Chop and Potato Bake |

Recipe: |
4 to 6 Pork chops
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 can of milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 package (24 oz) frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of French fried onions (optional) or you can use 1 package of dried Onion soup mix.
Brown chops in 1 TBS. of olive or vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper in a bowl. Mix. Add thawed hash browns, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 can of onions or dried Onion soup mix. MIX.
Spoon mixture into sprayed 9" x 13" pan. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake for 5 more minues uncovered.
