Mexican chicken Name: robbin gardner Base: minot afb nd Recipe: 3 cups cooked chopped chicken 1 cn crm chicken soup 1 cn crm mushroom 8 oz sour cream 15 oz can rotel tomatoes w/grn chillies pkg flour tortillas pkg cheddar cheese Mix soups,sour cream and tomatoes together add chicken mix well.Spray 13x9 pan layer tortillas then mixture. cover in cheese repeat layers till you end with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 mins.
