Recipe: Prep: 15 min Cook: 1hour Yeild: 12 Enchiladas Ingredience 1 ib lean ground beef 2 cans Old El Pase Enchilada sauce 1 can green chilies 1 small container sour cream 1 smal onion chopped small can of chopped or sliced olives 1 pkg of flour or corn tortillas 1 pkg of mexican cheese Directions: 1.combine ground beef, 1 can encalada sauce,Olives, chopped onion, green chilies,1 cup sour cream. 2.Let sit over night to marinate in refridgorator. (marination process is not necessary how ever it creates an intense delicious flavor!) 3.In large skillet cook the mixture until meat is done. 4.poor the remaining sauce into a shallow pan. 5.Dip tortillas into sauce covering each side. 6.scoop about 1/4 cup of the filling into tortilla. Than sprinkle a little cheese. 7.roll and place in a greased (PAM) baking dish 12x12 or larger. 8.continue until you have made 12 enchaladas side by side. 9.Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top 10.pour remaining sauce from the dipping pan over the top. 11.cover with foil bake at 350 and relax for 1 hour. Serve with a dollup of sour cream! enjoy! Clean up is a breeze no left over ingredience and min. dishes!
