1# ground beef
1# Jimmy Dean sage sausage (1 package)
cut up onions & bell pepper
2 eggs
Ketchup just to flavor
Mix all the ingredients together. Pat into casserole dish. Punch hole with finger in the middle of casserole to insure middle cooks as evenly as outsides.
Bake @ 350 approx 1 hour or done to likeness. 15 minutes before complete, top with more ketchup.
Folks will try to figure what gives this meatloaf that wonderful taste. Delicious! |
