Recipe: |
4 pieces of boneless skin less chicken breast
1/2 bag of cole slaw mix (combination of shedded carrots,broccoli,and cabbage)
1 small can of sliced water chestnuts
1/4 bag (or desired amount) of crispy chinese chow mein noodles
1/2 of head of lettuce cut (cut so slices are in half leaves) washed and lay out to be dried individually
1 1/2 cup of asian seaseme salad dressing
3 tablespoon of water
1/2 tablespoon of oil
combine 3 tablespoon of water and 4 pieces of chicken and cook in a medium size skillet till chicken is cooked throughly
combine 1/2 tablespoon of oil, cole slaw mix, and water chestnuts in another medium size skillet til lightly browned
in mixing bowl combine cooked chicken, vegetables and water chestnut mix, salad dressing, and crispy noodles
serve lettuce and chicken and enjoy
serves one to two people and ingredents can be made to be less or more according to your desire
