Recipe: Turtle Pumpkin Pie ---------------- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons caramel topping, divided 1 6-ounce Honey Made Graham Cracker pie crust ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons pecan pieces, divided 1 cup cold milk 2 packages (4 servings each) vanilla flavored instant pudding and pie filling 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 8-ounce tub Cool Whip topping, divided -------------------- Pour ¼ cup caramel into the crust and sprinkle with ½ cup pecan pieces. Beat the milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with a whisk until well blended; stir in 1½ cups whipped topping, and spread on the crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Put in the refrigerator for an hour. Top with the remaining pecans and drizzle the remaining caramel topping on with a fork. Makes 10 servings.
