German Potato Salad with Bacon |

6 Slices of Bacon, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c White vinegar
2T sugar
1 t salt
6 medium potatoes peeled and cut
1/4 cup water
First combine bacon and green onions in a bowl. Cover and microwave for 5-7 minutes. Stir in vinegar and sugar and set aside.
Place potato slices and water in another bowl, cover and microwave for 10-15 minutes, stir and drain.
Combine with other bowl, toss and eat!
