Recipe: 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 honey 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups cornflakes 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (your choice) In large saucepan, stir together corn syrup, honey, and peanut butter. Bring to boil and then remove from heat and then stir in vanilla. Next add cornflakes and your choice of either chopped nuts or chocolate chips. Stir until cornflakes is well coated with the mixture. Drop mixture by heaping teaspoons onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Transfer to refrigerator and let cool until firm, at least 20 min. Per Serving (2 cookies): 45 calories, 2g Fat (1g sat), 0mg Chol., 0g Fiber, 1g Pro., 6gm Carb., 39mg Sod.
