Loaded Potato Casserole

Recipe: cooking spray 2 (12fl. Oz.) cans evaporated milk 2 cups water 6 tbsp butter or margarine 2 cups sour cream 3 (4.9oz) boxes Hungry Jack cheddar and bacon potatoes ½ cup chopped chives or green onions 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9” pan with the cooking spray. Combine milk, water butter and sauce mix and potatoes in a 5 qt sauce pan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the chives and sour cream. Pour all into the 13x9” pan. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top. Bake for 40 min or until bubbly and golden brown. Serves 12-16
