What you need:
1 onion
garlic salt/powder whatever you have
montreal steak seasoning
A1 sauce
Whiskey(if you want, I used it to make the burgers juicy)
Can of kidney beans
1.5 - 2 lbs of hamburger (not too lean, 80/20 is what I used)
Blue cheese Crumbles (not the dressing, just the cheese) (8oz or so package)
some kind of oil (I use olive cus its healthy)
Ok:
Put about 1/4 cup of the oil in a pan and put it on the stove between medium and high heat
Dice about half the onion and throw it in the pan
stir the onions (saute) until they start to get soft/brown
while the onions are sauteing:
in a large bowl mix:
the hamburger
1 tablespoon garlic salt/powder
1/2 cup A1 sauce
the blue cheese
shot of whiskey
1/2 can of kidney beans
throw the onions in when they are done sauteing and mix everything together with your hands.
Make it into patties and grill, or just cook on medium heat in the pan (might fall apart on the grill). Sprinkle the Montreal seasoning on them when they are cooking, just one side. |
