Recipe: Spinich Quiche 1 Can Chopped Spinich Drained 1 Cup Cheese Shredded 5 Eggs Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Ready To Fill Pie Crust Method Preheat oven to 380 degrees Beat eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl, added spinich, cheese and salt and pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are combined. Pour into crust. Put into oven for approximately 30 mins, test with tooth pick, if tooth pick does not come out clean return to oven for 5 more minutes and recheck. Serve hot or cold with salad. Serves eight.
