Hamburger Casserole

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 lb of ground beef ... 1 small onion chopped ... 16 oz of shredded cheddar cheese ... 1 can of cream of mushroom soup ... 1 can of tomato soup ... 1 bag of egg noodles ... (optional potato chips) ... DIRECTIONS: Brown the ground beef in a frying pan with the chopped onion. In a separate pan, boil the egg noodles per the instructions on the bag, then drain. After the hamburger is brown and the noodles are cooked, combine all of the ingredients (except the potato chips) in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir it up pretty good, so that the soups and cheese are mixed throughout the casserole. Top with potato chips if you wish (the kids love this). Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Then serve with some bread and a salad. Enjoy!! Notes: The potato chips are optional, but the kids really love it, when I add them. Number of Servings: 5-6
