Skinliss Chicken Breast
Family size can of Cream of Chicken soup
Large can or carton of chicken broth
Yellow Rice
Boil chicken breast until center is white (not pink. Chicken can be white or dark meat, on the bone or boneless or even from the can. Once chicken is cooked, pull apart/shread. Prepare yellow rice as directed on package. Combine in crockpot; the whole can cream of chicken soup, chicken, rice. Cover with broth. Allow to cook for 6 hours adding broth periodically. Cheap, easy & feeds alot. |
