QUICK Chicken Teriyaki

Recipe: 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1-1/3 cups water 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 cups frozen broccoli florets 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through. ADD water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil. STIR in broccoli and rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Fluff with fork.
