one box of whole wheat blend pasta of rotini
one small can of slice black olives(optional)
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 green pepper cut in small cubes(optional or different color pepper)
2 can of tuna in water, drained
3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cup of wish bone robusto italian dressing
mix together. serves for about 8 . you can eat it when the pasta is hot or i like it chilled in refrigerator for a couple of hours. i also make it with a can of green beans instead of green pepper to make it more affordable. |
