Grilled Peach-Dijon Chops

Recipe: 1/2c peach preserves 2T Dijon mustard 2T soy sauce 1/4t dried marjoram leaves 4 pork chops salt pepper Heat grill. Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Cook over low heat until preserves melt. Stir frequently. Set aside. Season chops with salt and pepper. Brush on preserves mix. Grill for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Continue brushing preserves on while grilling. If there is remaining mixture left, bring to a boil and serve with chops.
