Quick and Easy Citrus Chicken |

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
1 Tbsp oregan
1 tsp Cumin
2 garlic cloves minced
zest and juice of 1 lime
zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Place the chicken, oregano, cumin, garlic, and zest and juice in a large shallow bowl and stir.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour, not more than an hour.
Remove chicken and discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place skillet over high heat and add oil when hot. Add chicken breasts one at a time waiting about 30 seconds bewteen each addition. Cook unilt browned and cooked through about 5 - 7 min per side. |
