Beef Pot Pie

Recipe: 1 lb Left over Pot Roast or Roast Beef or Stewed Beef 2 frozen pie crust 1 bag of frozen veggies 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix 1/2 cup beef broth 1 TBL Spoon flour Salt & Pepper & Garlic powder Mix Flour, Lipton Onion Soup mix and beef broth together til smooth Mix meat & veggies in 1 pie crust Pour Flour/broth mixture over meat & Veggies Put 2nd Pie Crust on top cut slits (4 to vent) Bake til golden brown crust (bout 40 minutes) Oven 350 NOTE: Can also use left over chicken to make Chicken Pot Pies use chicken broth instead of beef.
