1 pound of smoked sausage
1/2 pound of lean hamburger
2 can's dark red kidney beans
2 can's of Rotel tomato's
1 medium onion
1 4oz can of green chillies
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 green bell pepper
tabasco sauce to taste
brown 1/2 pound of hamburger in skillet using some garlic salt. Cut up 1/2 green bell pepper, and 1 medium onion. Saute bell pepper and onion. In a large pot add all ingredients, drain of liquid from one can of kidney beans, and cut up smoked sausage. Bring to boil, then simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You may prepare your fice at anytime.
