Italian Baste For Roast Turkey or Chicken

Recipe: This is a quick and easy basting sauce for roast chicken or turkey. Ingredients: 2 Packages Italian Dressing Mix 2 Sticks butter or margerine - Butter is my preferance. 2 Tsp Garlic Powder 2 Tsp Onion Powder 2 Tsp Ground Pepper Directions: Melt butter on low heat in a medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Let cook on low heat for aprox 5 min. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 min. Mix throroughly and baste your poutry with mixture during the cooking process. This is awesome with or without removing the skin.
