Recipe: 4 TBSP Unsalted Butter 2 TBSP All-Purpose Flour 1 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Can Italian Stewed Tomatoes W/Juice 1/4 Tsp. Salt 1/4 Tsp. Ground Pepper 1 LB. Penne Noodles 1 1/4 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese 1/2 Cup Grumbled Gorgonzola Cheese 1 Cup Grated Romano Cheese 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees, boil noodles until tender, while the noodles are boiling put all other ingredients in a large boil mix for 3 minutes on high, place some noodle in a baking dish then pour some of the mixed ingredients on top and keep adding noodles and mixture together. Place in oven and bake for 30 - 45 minutes to your liking. Note: also this dish tastes great with onions and mushrooms added. From start to finish dinner can be served in 45 minutes to an hour.
