2 cups strawberries;
3/4 cup honey;
6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced;
2 cups sliced peaches;
12 (3 oz) paper cups or popsicle molds;
12 popsicle sticks;
Puree strawberries with 1/4 c honey in blender. Divede mixture evenly in molds. Freeze about 30 minutes or until firm. Puree kiwi with 1/4 c honey. Repeat process with peaches and remaining honey. When strawberry layer if firm, pour in kiwi mixture. Freeze. Insert popsicle sticks and pour in peach mixture. Freeze until firm and ready to serve. ENJOY! |
