Recipe: |
1/2 cup barbque sauce
1/4 cup jelly
1 lb small prepared frozen meatballs
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 lg pepper (or carrot or whatever veggie you want)
toothpicks
Mix sauce and jelly in skillet, stir till jelly melts. Add meatballs. Cook 10 mins. Skewer meatballs on toothpick with a pineapple chunk and carrot (or pepper, or whatever). |
