4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar picante sauce
3 TBSN brown sugar
1 TBSN mustard.
Hot cookied rice, optional
Place chicken in a greased baking dish. In a small bowl combine picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard, pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30-35 mins or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice if desired. |
