2 Tbs butter
1/3 Cup thin spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces
3/4 Cup rice
1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
In saucepan over medium heat add butter, spaghetti bits, and rice.. brown for 5 minutes.
Add broth and bring to a full boil.
Cover pot and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 18 minutes.
Fluff, let it sit for a minute or two while you set the table then serve.
