1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1-1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. honey
Drain pineapple and oranges. Combine with rest of fruit. Mix in marshmallows, coconut, and nuts. Mix sour cream with honey and add to fruit mixture. Stir and chill. Serves 4-6. |
